    What counts as a subscriber?
    Any unique active contact in your audience. Unsubscribed contacts and bounces don't count toward your limit.
    What happens if I exceed my email cap?
    We'll keep sending and notify you. If you regularly go over, switch to the next subscriber tier or move up a plan - both options are visible in your billing page.
    Why is your pricing so much lower than Mailchimp / Klaviyo?
    Most ESPs sit on top of AWS SES, SendGrid, or Mailgun and pay per-email margins to those providers. We built our own delivery infrastructure, so we don't have that cost - and we pass the savings on.
    Can I use my own dedicated IP?
    Yes - included on the Scale plan. Required for senders above 100k subscribers if you want to manage your own reputation.
